Kent R. Hunter is founder of Church Doctor Ministries and developer of Healthy Churches Thrive! and SEND North America. Kent received his M.Div. from Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, a Ph.D. from the Lutheran School of Theology in Chicago, and the D.Min. in Church Growth from Fuller Theological Seminary, Pasadena, California. He has pastored churches in Michigan, Indiana, and South Australia. Kent has trained pastors in 14 countries and is the author of 30 books.
Tracee J. Swank has a business background. She graduated from the University of Toledo with a degree in Organizational Development and received her Master’s Degree in Spiritual Formation from Winebrenner Seminary, Findlay, Ohio. She has served on Thrivent Build projects in Central America and is a member of her church in Defiance, Ohio. Tracee is a Certified Professional Ministry Coach and a Certified Church Doctor Consultant. Tracee leads Church Doctor Ministries.
Tracee, Kent, and their colleagues have consulted hundreds of churches from 64 denominations, networks, and fellowships in the U.S. and Canada. They are frequent speakers for leadership gatherings and are members of the Great Commission Research Network.
